Thank you for arranging a sub through our email system when your schedule changes unexpectedly. It is very much appreciated.

Please be on time for your commitments.

Arrival times –

Coordinators (Transfiguration), Sacristans (St. Catherine), Ushers and Hospitality (Transfiguration) - Thirty minutes prior to Mass start

Greeters (Transfiguration) - Twenty minutes prior to Mass start

All other ministers (e.g. Extraordinary Ministers of Communion, Lectors) -Ten to Fifteen minutes prior to Mass.

Please remember to check the whiteboard on the wall by the Minister of Communion medallions for any special instructions for the day.

When it comes to scheduling needs for the next quarter (December thru February), the best way to contact me is through e-mail at Margie.Benza@dor.org. An e-mail reminder of schedule “unavailability” will be sent in October.
