Faith Break Overview

Our Faith Formation team, Karen Luke and Anne Gallagher, along with special guests, host a weekly podcast to bring spiritual refreshment to your daily life. We are ministers, spouses, parents and friends trying to be disciples and make disciples in our families and parishes. Take a break from the busy-ness and spend a few minutes with us each week noticing how God is at work in your real life.

Episode 2.12 -- 2.1.26. Season of Our Second Act.  Is retirement even a thing anymore? This week Karen and Anne welcome friend and colleague Pam McInerney to reflect on life after the grind of full-time work and how to dream and plan for the next chapter with hope and intention.
